Ride-n-Reward Terms & Conditions


These Ride-n-Reward Terms & Conditions (“Ride-n-Reward Terms”) apply to your participation in the rewards program (“Ride-n-Reward”) offered by the Ohio Motorcycle Group family of dealerships (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Rewards Terms are incorporated by reference into and made a part of our Terms of Use. Read these REWARDS TERMS carefully. BY PARTICIPATING IN RIDE-N-REWARD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE REWARDS TERMS. 

Our family of dealerships includes H & M Acquisition LLC dba Adventure H-D®, Erie Riders, LLC dba Mad River H-D®, Ohio MC Riders LLC dba Rubber City H-D®, Lakeview Motorsports LLC dba Rock n Roll City H-D®, Adventure Property Holdings, LLC., Erie Shore Property Holdings, LLC., and RNR Family Enterprises, LLC. 

1. Eligibility

Ride-n-Reward is open to citizens and legal permanent residents of the United States of America who are residing in the United States of America and are 18 years of age or older. Ride-n-Reward is for personal use only and commercial use is prohibited. To enroll in Ride-n-Reward, you must complete an enrollment process in-person at one of our dealerships, via our website or our mobile application. Enrollment may require you to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your name, contact information, and marketing preferences. Participation in select activities require the Dealership App downloaded and linked to Biker Reward Membership information. You may also be required to create a username and password. Your participation in Ride-n-Reward will be linked to a customer account with us and we may associate information gathered from your participation in Ride-n-Reward with the customer account and vice-versa. We do not charge a membership fee to participate in Ride-n-Reward or for the Dealership App. Personal information you provide to us will be governed by our Privacy Policy. Our determination about eligibility and enrollment of members is final and binding.

2. Earning Points

For every pre-tax $1.00 (USD), spent on full-price parts, general merchandise, service, and gift card purchases; exclusions include but are not limited to discounted or specially-priced items, motorcycle purchases or down payments, finance or insurance products, on-line purchases, certain service procedures including, but not limited to collision and warranty work - see dealership for details) at our dealerships you will earn one (1) Biker Reward point. Points for motorcycles, parts, service, general merchandise, and gift cards, may be earned by the original Ride-n-Reward member or a member of their immediate household who can verify the member’s information such as address, phone, and/or email as we may require. Points for purchases will only be earned for purchases made with cash, debit/credit card, and check. You may later return any parts or merchandise purchased for which you received points, we may deduct such points from your account potentially resulting in a negative points balance. 

Not valid on prior purchases or service work performed prior to April 1, 2021.

Original Reward Members who have the Rewards App downloaded to their smart phone may also earn points or specials by completing challenges and activities we set. Reward points or specials may vary by challenge/activity. Points and specials earned for challenges/activities through the Dealer Rewards App may only be earned by the original Ride-n-Reward Member. The Dealership Reward App must be downloaded with Reward Membership information completed to participate in challenges and activities for points and specials.

Photo ID and/or presentation of our mobile application may be required for earning or redeeming any points. Points are generally available for redemption three (3) business days after the related purchase or completion of the challenge/activity. You will not earn any points for purchases made or challenges/activities completed prior to your enrollment. We may award points, in our sole discretion, for purchases you made after enrollment but for which you did not receive points credit if (1) you inform us of the missing points within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, (2) provide a valid receipt for the purchase, and (3) provide any other documentation we require in order to process your request.

3. Using Points

Points may be redeemed by the original Ride-n-Reward member for rewards that we determine from time to time in our sole discretion. Rewards may include, but are not limited to, services and merchandise as listed above. Rewards are subject to availability. Rewards may have expiration dates or other terms associated with them which will be disclosed to you at or before redemption of points. We may stop offering any reward at any time for any reason. Points and rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, placed on an account, or used to purchase a gift card. Points and rewards may not be combined with any other discounts, sale items, or special orders. Points and rewards are not transferable. You have no ownership interest in any points or rewards. Points expire annually on the day of the month in which the anniversary of your membership occurs. We will not send you notice in advance of point expiration. 

We may modify or void any or all of your points balance or rewards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that points were awarded or redeemed in error, as a result of fraud or illegal means, in a manner inconsistent with these Rewards Terms or applicable law, as a result of your violation of any provision of these Rewards Terms or applicable law, or in a manner inconsistent with our intent. 

We may from time to time offer special point bonus or reward opportunities to Ride-n-Reward members that do not require redemption of points. These rewards may have additional terms, conditions, restrictions, or limitations that apply. Because the additional terms associated with such opportunities may be different from or more restrictive than these Rewards Terms, you should read them carefully.

4. Program Changes or Cancellation

You may cancel your participation in the Ride-n-Reward program at any time by providing written notice to us or using other cancellation methods we may make available in our mobile application. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, we may modify or cancel the Ride-n-Reward program at any time in our sole discretion and with or without notice to you. We may also suspend, restrict, or terminate your participation in the Ride-n-Reward program at any time for any reason or no reason and with or without notice to you. If we modify or cancel the Ride-n-Reward program or your participation in the Ride-n-Reward program in a manner that negatively affects you, you understand that we will have no liability to you. If we cancel the Ride-n-Reward program, or we or you terminate your participation in the Ride-n-Reward program, all points and rewards associated with your account will immediately expire and be void. 

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, we may modify these Rewards Terms at any time and, unless otherwise specified, any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to our Site. If you do not agree with any modifications to these Rewards Terms, your sole remedy is to cancel your participation in Ride-n-Reward.
