  • Develop advertising and promotional campaigns for merchandise and displays.
  • Handle customer complaints reasonably and timely, showing empathy and a positive attitude and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer experience.
  • Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the workload of all employees.
  • Plan and execute operations and profitability of the department.
  • Recruit and select new employees for the departments to build a strong winning team.
  • Connect and develop relationships with Harley Owners Group (HOG Group).
  • Other dealership and leadership responsibilities.

Major Responsibilities

  2. On the floor the majority of the time greeting, talking to customers, developing relationships, and selling products utilizing our feature/benefit selling methodology. 
  3. Understand motorcycles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
  4. Develop relationships and buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at outside activities; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
